RD Mabborang, the Guest of Honorand speaker, encouraged the graduates of the NVSU Bayombong during its 13th Commencement Exercise last June 15, 2017.

Regent Mabborang reminded the graduates  that quality education is the weapon to success. What they have accomplished in college could have lasting impacts for the rest of their lives. He encouraged them to be excellent – bringing the best from their previous best.

He also shared tips on becoming the best employee. He dubbed it “DEGREE” which stands for Determination, Extraordinary, Genuine, Relentless, Exceptional and Efficient. He said, “On Determination – Determined people have a clear vision of their future, a clear path to take and a means how to reach it’s destination. On Extraordinary – be different but impressively different. Set a standard for others that they may imitate your positive actions. On Genuine – Our government needs sincere and honest leaders and employees, our country needs people of integrity and it should begin to every individual. On Relentless –Always work hard in providing quality outputs and excellent service to your clients in the workplace. On Exceptional – Always uphold the quality of being outstanding. Always find ways how to improve and become better and even to be the best. Always give your best shots. On Efficient – Be an effective implementer of your own plans. Achieve maximum productivity with minimum wasted effort or expense.”
